OTC Team Lead with Spanish

Accenture Operations provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting; procurement and supply chain; and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.
- The role will focus on the following OTC processes collections, credit management, order release
- Team leader will be responsible for the delivery of end to end process within the agreed KPIs and SLAs
- Will stay in daily contact with the client s regional OTC manager and will be responsible for building good working relations
- Will ensure alignment of operations with existing processes and to contribute to process improvements
- Will enhance the team s cooperation with internal teams cash apps, customer service, commercial team
- Team lead will manage a team of five, drive team engagement and people agenda
What we expect from you?
- Experience in team management
- Great communication and team building skills
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of OTC process
- Advanced prioritization and time management skills
- Demonstrated focus on process improvements
- Practical knowledge of SAP
- Very good English and Spanish (at least B2 level)
- Willingness to work in hybrid mode
