Talent Acquisition Partner with languages

• Global and regional talent strategy: by demonstrating knowledge of business, local marketplace and recruitment trends
• International recruitment: by covering overall recruitment processes from attracting candidates to the hiring stage, using the best methods to find the right candidate on the market
• Candidate relationship management: by building positive Candidate Experience
• Stakeholder management: by regular consulting with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and other EMEA Team members
• Employer Branding: by designing and following the latest HR trends

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in international environment or RPO
• Minimum 4 years of E2E recruitment experience
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must
• Good communication in other foreign languages like German/Spanish/Italian/Dutch – great to have
• Hands-on experience with effective sourcing of passive candidates
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for a wide variety of positions and work to tight deadlines
• Result-oriented, with can-do attitude self-starter who can build effective partnership and relationship with key stakeholders
