Customer Service Professional with Czech and English

Your daily tasks:
- Providing the highest level of customer service (contact with clients via phone and e-mails);
- Meeting targets set by the client and management;
- Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
- Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
What do we expect from you?
- Language: Proficiency in Czech (native level) and advanced knowledge of English (B2 level);
- Experience: Customer Service experience is a must, great if you have experience in technology focused roles;
- Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
- Personality: Motivated, enthusiastic.

- Type of contract you choose yourself (freelance contract for students and employment contract for other employees);
