Customer Service Professional with Japanese
- Consistently achieve email quality score goals to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.
- Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the database;
- Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
- Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and diagnose hardware and software technical issues;
- Stay up to date with process changes and product updates;
- To complete daily tasks as allocated in an efficient and timely manner.
- Language: Proficiency in Japanese (C1) and English (B2)
- Experience: Cool if you have experience in customer service;
- Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
- Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic. Dependable, reliable and able to perform duties with minimum supervision (w@h set up).
- Ability to prioritize and plan;
- Independence AND ability to work with minimal supervision;
- Ability to solve problems;
- Attention to detail;
- Soft skills.
- Type of contract you choose yourself (freelance contract for students or employment contract);
- Basic salary + bonuses;
- Work from home across Poland
- Working hours 8am-6pm Moday-Sunday (5 days 8 hours each day)
- Salary: 8800-10100PLN/month
