Entity Accounting and Reporting Senior Specialist is responsible for support Finance and FP&A local teams in accounting, reporting and FP&A arrea in order to have all data accurate.  At the same time Specialist collaborates with other team members and stakeholders from different teams, take part in meetings and in projects assigned to the team. Supports Expert if needed and acts as an Experts backup.

• IFRS and Statutory accounting and reporting, entity planning
• Ownership of GBS R2R processes from the data collection to analysis to posting initiation and reporting in the area of General Ledger (IFRS and Statutory accounting and reporting, entity planning
• Support in analysis of the significant financial transactions impacting the financial statement
• Preparation of draft IFRS and Statutory reporting timely and in accordance with the IFRS and Local Accounting legislatio
• Perform key account balances reconciliations such as accruals, accounts payables, prepayments, fixed assets, intangibles and intercompany balance
• Maintain detailed GBS transactional documentation (IFRS, Statutory requirements) for the market in charge and update it to ensure Core Services are executed in line with Corporate and market local accounting requirements
  • Audit support - support internal and external audit
  • JSOX Control - execute and support JSOX controls and document evidence accordingly
  • Projects support - support on Process Improvement initiatives.This requires working with various business partners within and outside GBS
  • Other Ad Hoc - manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request

• University degree, preferably specializing  in economics, finance, or accounting with a strong knowledge of IFRS and any other statutory/local GAAP
• Min 2 years work experience in GL/RTR area, with experience in preparation of Financial Statements (must) and in a multinational working environment
• Experience in FP&A basic activities, primarily cost planning, is a plus
• Advanced Knowledge of IFRS
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Advanced Knowledge of SA
• Fluency in English is essential, other language is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, strong personality, team player and business partner to operations
• High integrity and ability to work with different cultur
• Ability to apply the proper judgment in situations where substance should follow form or vice versa
• Commercial focused mindset and the ability to act as a key business partner to senior management is expected
