Head of Aggregates Revenue Europe Materials

Form of employment: employment contract
Your responsibilities in this role:
- Building and managing a team responsible for revenue and commercial optimization in the Aggregates segment;
- Developing and implementing a long-term business development strategy tailored to the European market;
- Managing revenue streams and profitability of the aggregates segment and related businesses;
- Analyzing market trends, competition, and identifying new growth opportunities;
- Optimizing sales and commercial processes to increase efficiency;
- Close collaboration with production, logistics, finance, and marketing departments;
- Overseeing revenue and cost budgets, monitoring KPIs, and implementing corrective actions;
- Preparing reports and presentations for senior management, recommending development directions;
Requirements for the role:
- Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance/Economic, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields;
- Financial training/qualification desirable;
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in English (Spanish as a plus);
- Experience in team management and working in the European market;
- Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and P&L management experience;
- Knowledge of the aggregates industry is an advantage.
