Head of Aggregates Revenue Europe Materials

Your responsibilities in this role:
  • Building and managing a team responsible for revenue and commercial optimization in the Aggregates segment;
  • Developing and implementing a long-term business development strategy tailored to the European market;
  • Managing revenue streams and profitability of the aggregates segment and related businesses;
  • Analyzing market trends, competition, and identifying new growth opportunities;
  • Optimizing sales and commercial processes to increase efficiency;
  • Close collaboration with production, logistics, finance, and marketing departments;
  • Overseeing revenue and cost budgets, monitoring KPIs, and implementing corrective actions;
  • Preparing reports and presentations for senior management, recommending development directions;
Requirements for the role:
  • Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance/Economic, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields;
  • Financial training/qualification desirable;
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in English (Spanish as a plus);
  • Experience in team management and working in the European market;
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and P&L management experience;
  • Knowledge of the aggregates industry is an advantage.
