L2 Support Service Specialist
Location: Remote from Poland area
Your daily tasks:
- Providing the highest level of customer service (E-mail/Phone).
- Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
- Achieving quality goals for calls and customer satisfaction.
- Performing log analysis.
- Managing escalations by logging and tracking cases in systems.
- Encompassing 2 levels of technical support:
o Advanced advice which involves addressing complex network issues requiring programming and database administration.
o Technical advice including configuring software and servers.
What do we expect from you?
- Language: Proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2);
- Experience: Previous experience as an L2 Support Specialist is necessary.
- Technology:
- Knowledge of network equipment (firewalls, routers, Wi-Fi access points etc.) and developed computer skills;
- Experience in troubleshooting network connections;
- Good to have knowledge of either HTML/Java/C++/XML/SQL
- Database skills (SQL/Database maintenance)
- Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic.

Working conditions:
- Relocation bonus - we will help you relocate to Warsaw;
- Type of contract you choose yourself (freelance contract for students or employment contract for non-studying employees);
- Basic salary + bonuses;
- Working hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday (8 hours a day);
- On-site work in our new office in Warsaw
